Labyrinth Ear

Computer Pop, Synthtopian Gems, and pop music ‘but not quite as we know it’ are only a few of the descriptions for this exciting London duo, Labyrinth Ear.

Emily Jacobs and Tom Evans have a sound that has been described as ‘ice disco’ but with a ‘warm beating heart’, but whatever their sound is, we love it!They used Disney’s Snow White for their first ever track, which was adored on the Blogsphere, and earned them an invitation to play at In The City. From there they released their debut EP ‘Oak’ and produced a number of remixes for artists such as Alex Winston, Local Natives and Morning Parade.

This year they released a rework of Arthur Russell’s ‘This is How Walk on the Moon’ and are currently working on their new EP which is set to be released in early 2012. If they haven’t been busy, I don’t know who has!
