We don't half love a bit of 'popular music' here at Sentric towers and when Queen Of Hearts came aboard we all got a little bit giddy after hearing the utterly brilliant 'Neon'.

The track (which you can hear here http://www.popjustice.com/videos/queen-of-hearts-neon/89625/) had the pop bloggeratti very excited about her indeed. It even made Popjustice drop the 'Amazing' bomb (which is high praise to those in the know). If an addiction to synth fuelled pop is your curse, then Queen Of Hearts will provide the sweet respite for your addiction and her new single Warrior released in December is three and a half minutes of audible loveliness.

2012 so far has been quite the year for QOH so far; Neon Gold gigs in the USA, a BBC Introducing set and performing at Wireless & BT London Live - if all goes to plan we're hoping 2013 will be the year she truly becomes the Queen of the Great British public's hearts #StudentJournalismClosingSentence
